The Springfield hotel, Marple, Stockport is located on the edge of the peak district in beautiful tranquil surroundings, ideally located within a 5 minutes walk of Marple Centre where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars, a small family run cinema, library and even a local swimming baths.
The hotel is situated within walking distance of Marple Railway Station which is on the central train line into the heart of Manchester city centre one way and Sheffield the other. Manchester airport is a 30 minute drive away and it is only 15 miles to Edale which is in the heart of the Peak District. The hotel has a car park and all rooms have WiFi access and digital TV channels.
The owners, Kevin and Elaine, provide a warm and friendly welcome to business and holiday guests alike in their small, Victorian home. The hotel is licensed and has a cosy bar for residents together with a quiet room providing a range of books for you to read and enjoy. Kevin (K.C.
